Planning Package Break Down Details: (5 day vs. 10 day)

Intermediate Planning Package: Starting at $1,090 (approx. 40 hours) + Travel & Board for CCE Staff
​Usually meeting 5-7 months before Wedding. $30/ hr for additional hours. Cherry Creek Staff will arrive 1-2 days prior to the event to tie up loose ends before greeting client and guests at destination location.
  • Assist in selecting ceremony and reception themes
  • Timeline for the wedding trip (covering the Arrival, Rehearsal and Wedding day festivities approx.. 3-4 days)
  • Couple’s Mission Statement Activity
  • 1 hour private dance lesson
  • Connect wedding couple with Local & Irish Vendors: officiant, caterer, photographer, florist, and bakery for cake. 
  • Couple’s Double Challenge- Creating A Family Motto & Understanding successful Family Councils
  • Help wedding couple find the perfect DJ and/or band for their special day
  • Coordinate the rehearsal and Welcome dinners
  • Guest lists and seating placement organization- including a seating chart.
  • Coordinate delivery and set up times with vendors
  • Coordinate ceremony
  • Coordinate rehearsal
  • Assist with flow of rehearsal
  • Coordinate with photographer for picture plan and have bride, groom, and honor attendants ready on time for the first look and pictures.
  • Assist with flow of ceremony- line up and send down the aisle at the correct time
  • Coordinate reception details- cake cutting, first dance, bouquet toss, etc..
  • Create checklist of Bride & Groom needs, items, and To Do’s for the weekend
  • Help bride bustle dress if needed

Client is responsible for travel, transportation, room, and board of staff for the event.
All Packages based on 1 day of coordinator and 1 assistant from Cherry Creek Events, the standard for up to 100 guests. For every additional grouping of 50 guests, 1 Cherry Creek Staff member will be assigned and a vendor fee $200 will be added to the invoice. 
Ultimate Planning Package: $2,285 (approx. 75 hours) + Travel & Board for CCE Staff
Usually meeting 12-18 months before Wedding. $30/ hr for extra hours. Cherry Creek Staff will arrive 1-2 days prior to the event to tie up loose ends before greeting client and guests at destination location.

Note: 5 Day Abroad Trips usually include a day of travel prior to arrival and a day for return travel. 5 day trips are 7 days of travel experience.
 
10 Day Abroad trips follow a similar pattern. Usually starting travel on a Thursday (arriving a Friday) and returning on Tuesday (leaving Mon.). 
10 Day trips based on best flight deal patterns.

Day 1: Arrive Ireland - Shannon Airport. 
  • Cliffs of Moher (1 hr from airport)
  • Galway City (1.5 hrs from Cliffs)- Stay night at The G Hotel in Galway. Have Welcome Dinner in Event Hall. (see images below)
Day 2:Nenagh  & Ashley Park House Day 3:Bunratty, Limerick & Rehearsal Day 4: Wedding Day
  • Guests Can enjoy the woodland paths of Ashley Park House or participate in one of the many offered local activities such as:
    • Walking & Hiking
    • Horse Riding
    • Golf
    • Fishing
    • Clay Pigeon Shooting &/or Archery
    • Massage (Bride & Attendants have morning appointments)
  • Wedding Experience
Day 5: Check Out
  • Farewell Breakfast/Brunch
  • Check Out
  • Return to Shannon - explore while waiting for flight time if possible.

The 10 Day Ashley Package Itinerary: 10 Days Visiting Central Ireland:
Day 1: Arrive Ireland - Shannon Airport. 
  • Cliffs of Moher (1 hr from airport)
  • Galway City (1.5 hrs from Cliffs)- Stay night at The G Hotel in Galway.
    • Walk through Merlin's Woods
    • Free Walking Tours
    • Bóthar na Trá or The Salthill Promenade is  ‘the road by the sea’. Two-kilometre walk takes you along scenic shores of Galway Bay,  looking out towards the Aran Islands.
    • Area of Galway known as Claddagh known for the Claddagh ring and regarded by some as the country’s oldest fishing village.
